I am all for minimalistic makeup these days. I like my actual skin peeking through. Even though I have a lot of acne damage from years of cystic acne, I do not like covering everything up. I was excited to try this Rose Inc Skin Enhance Luminous Skin Tint Serum Foundation.
The Sephora website says this is “A radiant skin tint that visibly plumps and smooths the skin while delivering sheer coverage.”
Packaging Of The Rose Inc Skin Enhance Luminous Skin Tint Serum Foundation
This serum foundation comes in a plastic bottle with a pump. The clear plastic bottle allows you to see the product inside, which has a very unique texture. Also the packaging is recyclable.

Formula Of The Rose Inc Skin Enhance Luminous Skin Tint Serum Foundation
This is the information on the Sephora website. “Pigment spheres are suspended within a skincare base infused with sodium hyaluronate to visibly plump and smooth the appearance of fine lines, squalane to weightlessly hydrate the skin, and peptides to help protect against environmental damage.”
This Serum Foundation is vegan, gluten-free, cruelty-free.

My Experience
This Skin Enhance Luminous Skin Tint Serum Foundation reminds me of another favorite, The Chanel Les Beiges Water-Fresh Tint. It is a lightweight foundation that gives me a dewy look without looking oily. This has very light coverage that is perfect for summer, in my opinion. It doesn’t feel heavy on my skin and most importantly it never broke me out.

If you are looking for some light weight, everyday foundation with a radiant finish, you can try this foundation serum. I love that this has a slight blurring effect and my natural skin can still shine through. One thing I want to add is that I do use this with this brush.
